The Smart Bench Block is made from engineering-grade resin, so it’s tough enough to hold up in the event you get your caveman on and accidentally bash it with your hammer. It’s got a non-slip layer on its outer ring, so it won’t slide around as you work. The best part about its design though is that it has a magnet embedded in it to catch and hold your pins as you hammer them out, so they don’t roll off your bench and get lost. And all these features are in addition to the central channel that holds your 1911 (or similar type) barrel and slide in place for extra stability as you work.
