If being quick with follow-up shots from your AR-15 counts, you’ll want either a muzzle brake to control recoil or a compensator to reduce muzzle rise. The good people at Aero Precision want you to have both, in one single device. This is the Gamma 556 Muzzle Brake by Aero Precision.
The Gamma 556 Muzzle Brake gives you both recoil control and muzzle rise reduction. It does this in two ways. First, there are three separate inner chambers each with their own side vents that provide excellent reduction in recoil, And second, there are a series of small ports in the top for expelled gas to be directed upward in order to reduce muzzle rise.
