You’ve finished your AR and mounted all your accessories to your M-Lok handguard. Sure, it’s okay to grip, but it’d be a lot better with some gripping texture instead of all those M-Lok slots. That’s why Magpul gives you their Type 2 M-Lok Rail Covers. These come in a pack of six, and each one covers up the equivalent of one M-Lok slot on your handguard. And they’re not like standard or picatinny rail covers that provide grip texture but can still feel just as bad around the edges as the rails themselves. The edges of these rail covers have been beveled and smoothed, so they’ll not only feel good to grip, but they won’t snag on your clothing or gear either.
Please note: These rail covers are not compatible with Magpul’s MOE M-LOK, MOE SL and SGA forends. They also may not be compatible with free-float hand guards that have a wider and flatter profile, as they will not seat deep enough to allow the center portion to lock in.
