Returns & Exchanges
Firearms
Federal law prohibits the return of firearms once they’ve been transferred to you. Once you’ve completed the 4473 and taken possession, the firearm is legally yours and we cannot accept it back as a return.
Exception: If your firearm has a manufacturer’s defect that prevents safe operation, we’ll work with you and the manufacturer to resolve it under their warranty. Most major manufacturers (Glock, Sig, S&W, Ruger, etc.) have lifetime or multi-year warranties and direct service programs.
Pre-Transfer Cancellations
If we haven’t shipped your firearm yet, you can cancel for a full refund minus a 3% payment-processing fee. Once the firearm has shipped, you can refuse delivery at the receiving FFL — we’ll refund the purchase price minus return shipping (typically $35–$75) and a 10% restocking fee.
Non-Firearm Products
Optics, parts, accessories, holsters, and other non-firearm products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided:
- Item is in unused, resalable condition
- Original packaging and all included parts are present
- You contact us first at [email protected] for an RMA number
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Ammunition
Ammunition cannot be returned once it has shipped, due to safety regulations and the inability to verify storage conditions. Defective ammunition is replaced through the manufacturer’s warranty.
NFA Items
Once the Form 4 is approved and the NFA item is transferred to you, federal law treats it identically to a regular firearm transfer — it cannot be returned. Cancellations before Form 4 submission are fully refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item, and the reason. We’ll issue an RMA and shipping instructions within one business day.
